Booking-Focused Response
Best for businesses where the next step is booking an appointment (dentists, salons, consultants, etc.).
Hey! This is [Business Name]. Sorry I missed your call — I'd love to help. Would you like to schedule an appointment? You can book directly here: [booking link] or just text me a time that works for you.
Quote-Request Response
For businesses where callers typically want a quote (contractors, movers, cleaners, etc.).

Repeat Caller Response
For known contacts or repeat callers in your system. A warmer, more personal tone.

Best Practices
- Send the text within 60 seconds of the missed call for maximum engagement
- Keep messages under 160 characters when possible to avoid split texts
- Always include your business name — the caller may have found you on Google and not saved your number
- Include a clear next step: text back, book online, or wait for a callback
- Use your actual name, not just the business name, to make it feel personal
- Test your missed-call system weekly by calling from a different number
